These Terms of Service govern your use of Wealth Meadow, including Budget, Invest, and Retire. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Wealth Meadow provides personal finance planning tools for budgeting, investment projection, retirement projection, household planning, healthcare assumptions, and related user-directed scenarios. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
Wealth Meadow is not a financial advisor, investment adviser, tax preparer, attorney, insurance agent, Medicare broker, or benefits adviser. Information in the app is educational and scenario-based. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, Medicare, Social Security, healthcare-benefit, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, insurance, healthcare, or retirement decisions.
Wealth Meadow calculations depend on the information and assumptions you enter, app defaults, and simplified models. Results may include budget totals, investment projections, retirement runway projections, withdrawal scenarios, tax estimates, Social Security assumptions, Medicare or healthcare assumptions, and other planning outputs. These are not guarantees and may differ from real-world results.
Projection results may not model market volatility, sequence-of-returns risk, every tax rule, every state or local rule, every benefit eligibility rule, investment fees, future law changes, or all household changes. You are responsible for reviewing assumptions before relying on any result.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use Wealth Meadow. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You may not access another user's account or enter another person's information unless you have permission to include that person in your household plan.
Wealth Meadow is currently being made available for beta testing. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product develops. Accounts created during this beta receive full access free of charge for as long as Wealth Meadow remains available, regardless of pricing introduced for accounts created later.
You own the information you enter into Wealth Meadow. You grant us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. This may include person names or labels, household information, budgets, income, expenses, debts, investments, balances, retirement plans, tax assumptions, healthcare assumptions, Medicare assumptions, projection snapshots, and notification preferences. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months, with prior notice by email where practical.

We use third-party services such as Stripe for payments, email providers for account and notification emails, and hosting or infrastructure providers to operate the service. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, security concerns, fraud, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Termination does not require us to refund amounts already paid except where required by law.
We aim to keep Wealth Meadow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for loss resulting from unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Meadow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made based on information in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Wealth Meadow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, current, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting notice in the app. Continued use of Wealth Meadow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
